So I've completed my two years at the Karl von Busse Institute of Design, & what a massive two years I've had. With this Advanced Diploma under my belt & the crazy amount of experiences I've had, I can do anything now.
I've designed everything.
I've made friends for life.
I've been inspired by amazing people.
I've traveled the world.
I've been stressed.
I've had sleepless nights.
I've laughed until I cried.
I've become confident.
I've changed.
I've loved & lost.
I've explored.
I've discovered.

Print Ad
Ad for Urban Outfitters Necklaces. My own photography & a little bit of typographic skill, if I do say so myself. And this is the wonderful outcome that will be featured in my Magazine.
Magazine in Progress
The magazine that I'm producing to document my trip to Europe is coming along nicely.
This is a spread of a funny little memory we had in Frankfurt.
Enjoy!

Stationary & Leave Behind
The stationary set for Grace Simpson Design (business card, with compliments slip and letterhead) & a leave behind piece with samples of my work for job interviews. I'm really happy with how they turned out. It's very much my "style" & a little bit colourful.

something additional

Need a bit of creative inspiration? Have a squiz at my "reuse, recreate" initiative, something additional.
It's my Major Project piece for this year & the blog is in need of a bit of followers love.
Enjoy!
Mouth Watering Labels
As part of my Portfolio & Advanced Typography Class, I've produced these labels for some
delicious & healthy concoctions. The handwritten typeface was designed by yours truly.
It's a little out of my comfort zone, but I did manage to sneak a bit of clean & simple into the label design. I'm actually really proud of this one. I'm especially loving the crisp, pale green on the black. Now to get it all printed & onto those packages for a photo shoot... and maybe a snack!
Labels:
clean,
Graphic Design,
Logo Design,
modern,
Packaging Design,
salad,
sandwich,
simple,
strong,
Toastie,
Typography,
